Reneabouquets Baby Girl Card

Hello again! Today I have babies on the brain. I created this Shabby Chic baby girl card with items from Reneabouquets. 

This card would look super cute framed and hanging on the wall of a nursery. 

I used cardstock from the Prima Heaven Sent paper pack. These papers are gorgeous! 

Reneabouquets is really the best place, that I have found to get one of a kind embellishments. She has items that can not be found anywhere else. How you ask. Because she makes the butterflies, dragonflies and all of her beautiful board pieces.

Reneabouquets and Papernest Doll Fight Cancer Card

Hello everyone! I have a special card to share with you today. 

I made this card for a customer that wanted a unique cancer fighting card to give to her friend who has cancer. She told me some of the things that her friend likes and I incorporated some of those likes into this card. 

Her friends favorite color is pink. She loves shopping, which is why I put a fancy dress on the card. 

She likes baking so I added a spoon 

and she likes dolls, hence the Papernest Doll image. 

All of the papers and embellishments that I used for this card are from Reneabouquets. You will find a complete list at the end of the post. 

It was an honor to make this card. I hope that it puts a smile on the recipients face. 

I don't think there is anything better than a personalized homemade gift. Even if it is just a card =)

Reneabouquets Grungy Shabby Chic Valentine's Day Card and Tag

Good morning! I have another Valentine's Day card and tag to share with you. I made these for a swap on Facebook. 

I couldn't have made these without  LOTS of Reneabouquets products. 

I know that it's not pink and red like most Valentine's, but I wanted to be different. Everyone in my family said it couldn't pass as a Valentine. What do you think? Does a Valentine have to be pink or red? 

To make the card, I started with a 8.5 inch x 11 inch piece of paper and folded in in half. I matted and layered a couple different patterned papers. 

Then I added this gorgeous Beautiful Board Medium Romantic Heart Accents. 

I have used many mediums to color the Beautiful Board Pieces. Acrylic paints, Copic markers, Distress ink pads, Oxidized ink pads, and Distress ink markers. My favorite is the Distress markers. They blend beautifully on the Beautiful Board and give it such a gorgeous look.



Layers, embellishments and textures are all things that I love on a card. Especially a Shabby Chic Card.

Check out that Teal Chunky Glitter Glass! It adds a beautiful sparkle and texture to the Teal Mulberry Flowers.

Good morning! My Aunt recently gave me some old Christmas decorations. In them was a plastic cone. Immediately, I thought of a Christmas tree. What could be better than a Christmas tree?  A Shabby Chic Christmas tree of course!
