Fashionista Bestie and New Challenge at World Wide Open

Hello! I'm here with an inspiration card for the new World Wide Open Design Team Challenge.


The image I chose to use is a newer fashionista...IMG 813. 
I colored her with Copic markers. 


The red flowers were hand made by me using my favorite Cutting Cafe file...Paper Flowers. 
Regina, the owner of The Cutting Cafe, has a video to show you how to put the flowers together.
