Hello there! It's Friday and I am here with some mixed media inspiration. Our theme this week at La-La Land Crafts is anything goes. I was thrilled when I saw that.
You all know that Steampunk is one of my favorite styles. It's been a long time since I have created anything Steampunk. Steampunk Molli was what inspired me.
Have I told you how awesome the La-La Land Crafts dies are?! They can cut through two pieces of card stock at once. I have also used them to cut thin chipboard.
Chipboard is what I used for the rusty looking pieces.
Here's a closeup of the yummy textures.
To create the textured rusty pieces I used Prima pastes. The texture is actually in the paste. I love this stuff!
