Reneabouquets Fall Fairy Card and New Mood Board Challenge with Give Away

Hello everyone! I am a little behind posting the new mood board challenge for Reneabouquets. It's been a crazy couple weeks. Of course it's only going to get crazier until the holidays are over.

Anyway, the mood board for this month is Give Thanks. Perfect for November.

The card I made is inspired by the colors of the mood board.

The Reneabouquets Beautiful Board Tree Frame has been in my stash for awhile. I have been waiting and looking at this gorgeous frame for some time. Waiting for inspiration to hit me. Well, I finally remembered a project I saw on a blog a long time ago. Unfortunately, I cannot remember which blog, but she used a cool technique to make tree bark. I had to give it a try for the Tree Frame. I did a short video for you!

I colored the leaves with distress oxide inks. Dried Marigold and Scattered Straw. Then I dabbed each leaf with Mod Podge and sprinkled it with glitter glass. I am in love with the texture and sparkles of this tree!

I backed the frame with cardstock from Blue Fern Studios Amber Apricot Collection. The colors of this collection are perfect for Fall projects. It even had a little hut for the fairy =)
