Hello! Hello! Hello!
It is time for inspiration from The Cutting Cafe design team. This week we are working with the fabulous Christmas Treat Cup Cards. I decided to do something a little different with the file today. I Chose one of the sentiments that come in the set and made a wreath...
The sentiment printed out at just the right size to hang around the neck of the reindeer that my husband and I made.
I cut about a million of those tiny little branches with my Cricut, inked them with Tim Holtz gathered twigs and mowed lawn distress inks and then glued them on to the back of the sentiment from the Christmas Treat Cup Cards.
After the glue was dry, I added the bow and bells and then put Snowtex on the wreath and reindeer.
We made the reindeer out of the scraps we had left over from making my curtain rods. Yep, I had my husband make me curtain rods out of little trees.
I love this little reindeer! Think my husband will be willing to make about 7 more? And a sleigh? Maybe if I be REEEEALY nice.
Be sure to stop by The Cutting Cafe on the 7th to see the projects from the rest of the DT. If you leave a comment on the Design Teams inspirational post you will be entered in a chance to win 3 free Cutting Cafe files of your choice.
Just for fun, here's a picture of Kylah out at the Reindeer farm in Butte, Alaska.
Have a great day!
