Graduation Layout

Hello! I have quick layout to share with you today.
I made this for my husband's Aunt to put on her daughters graduation poster board.
Her school colors are white and blue.

The frame (#M43EA4) around Claire's name is from the Cricut image set Home Decor.

For the leaves, I used the Leafy Flourish from Die-Namits.
The butterfly was cut with Spellbinders die S4-395.

The graduation cap (#M458A2) is from the Cricut image set Recess.

Thank you for stopping by. Hope you all have a great weekend!

Camera Box For Kylah

Hi everyone! I hope you are all having a fabulous day.
Over a year ago my daughter Kylah got a camera for her birthday. She asked me then if I would make her a box so she can store all of her camera stuff in one spot. (You know I love the idea of having it in one spot) "Absolutely! I told her. Then life happened and I didn't get around to it. So, when Regina asked us to use a printable set from The Cutting Cafe to atler an item that we would normally throw out.
I knew exactly what I was going to do.

I used the Camera's Everywhere Background Printable Set to alter a little shoe box.
I loved being able to print on whatever color of paper I wanted.

Kylah wanted her camera box to have a nice soft inside. So, I lined it with fleece.

The little cutie on the top is Snap Shot Sally My Bestie Image. This image was perfect. Not only because she's taking a picture, but because she looks a lot like Kylah.

Kylah loves her camera box =)

Be sure to stop by The Cutting Cafe and leave a comment on the DT post on the 7th so you will be entered into a chance to win 3 free files of your choice.

Through the Craft Room Door with Oak Pond Creations

Hello everyone! It's Tuesday which means it's time for a new challenge at Through the Craft Room Door. Today our sponsor is Oak Pond Creations. The winner of this challenge will receive 3 free images from Oak Pond Creations and be offered the chance to be a Guest DT in a later challenge. Winners and Top 3 picks will be published in the next release of Through The Craft Room Door for a chance to win a $5 gift card.

I totally love this Phone Digi! The paper I chose reminded me of retro wall paper. I thought it was perfect for this image. I made this card thinking of Chemo Angels. I was just paired up with a new Chemo Buddy...this was the first card I sent to her =)

I made the little green bow was made with my Cricut Explore. Its so cute! I will definitely be making more of these!

I hope you enjoyed today's card! See you again soon.

Pocket letters

Hello everyone! Have you heard of pocket letters?
People have been making them like crazy lately. You can watch a video on them here.
The idea is to take a plastic sheet that you would store football or baseball cards in and put cute papers, embellishments, and anything else you can think of that will fit inside instead of trading cards. In one of the squares you put a little note telling the person receiving your pocket letter about yourself. You can add a picture of yourself if you'd like.

I joined a swap for three different themed Pocket Letters.  Paris,  Vintage Ladies and Fairies.

Here is the front of the Paris one...

The back...

The fairy Pocket Letter...

The back...

Vintage Ladies...

and the back.

I found lots of free images for these on Pinterest.
I had a lot of fun deciding what to put into each pocket.
You can do them with or with out a theme. It's up to you.
