I can't believe it's already February! My mom always told be that the older you get the faster time goes. I hate to admit it, but she was right! Anyhoo,
It's inspiration time over at The Cutting Cafe. Regina (the owner) has everything you'll need to get ready for Valentine's Day. Today, I made projects using the I Heart U Word Shaped Card, Mailbox Template and the Valentine's Day Coupons. Here's a picture of what the coupons look like.
I just love them! I think my husband will too =)
I printed 5 sheets of these and made a little coupon book.
I used my YourStory book binder and Laminator to bind the book. I've had it for over a year and hadn't used it to make books yet. It's super easy to do and it turned out really cute.
I used My Minds Eye cardstock to make the cover. I found a video on YouTube that explains how to make your own cover...you can find that video HERE. The hearts were cut out with my Cricut Explore...they are from the Image Set Tie the Knot.
The I Heart U Word Shaped Card is a shaker card. I used my Explore to cut out the pieces for the card. The shaking parts, I made by using a tiny heart shaped paper punch.
Putting little spots on the card like this something that I learned from Miss Regina. They add the perfect finishing touch to my card.
I absolutely LOVE the mailboxes! The file comes with two different styles of boxes.
I think I will be making the other style really soon!
