Lung Cancer Awareness Step Card with The Cutting Cafe

Hello, crafty friends. This week at The Cutting Cafe we get to work with any file we want. How do you choose just one file?!? I mean, they have so many awesome files!

I decided on using 3 files to make one card. I used the Step Card file (which comes with 5 different step cards), the Breast Cancer Awareness T Shirt file and the Believe Shaped Card

I used my Cricut to cut out the cards and words. The cancer ribbon is from a Cricut image set.

The image I used is Breast Cancer Fighter from KennyK Stamps. They also have a pre Colored Breast Cancer Fighter for those that don't color.

I hope and pray that a cure for lung cancer and all cancers will be found SOON!

November 15th marked four years since my Dad passed away from lung cancer. I sat on my Dads hospital bed, held his hand and said "Dad, we are going to be ok...you will be ok." His responce to me was "well, lets get 'er done." I had the honor of holding his hand and praying over him until he took his last breath. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think of my Dad. I love and miss him so much.

After my Dad passed away, I wanted to find a way to help people with cancer. I heard of Chemo Angels through a craft group on Facebook. It was the perfect way for me to get involved with people going through cancer.

Thank you all for stopping by today. If you stop by The Cutting Cafe on the 21st and leave a comment on the DT inspirational post, you will be entered in a chance to win 3 free files of your choice.
