DIY Daily Planner

It's inspiration time over at The Cutting Cafe! This week we have been assigned the Planner Set. Let me tell you, I absolutely LOVE this planner! You can totally customize it to work for you. The Cutting Cafe Design Team has done an awesome job showing different ways to make this file work for everyone.

WARNING...this post has a ton of pictures!

Here's a few of the pages I chose to put in my planner...

Yearly Calendar...

Months...

Daily Schedule...

Important Contacts...

Shopping list and Weekly Menu Planner...Genius!!

To Do List...

There are lots of different printable sets that come with the Planner Set to keep you organized through the year. The great thing about making your own planner is that you don't have to put in what you won't use!

A pocket to put receipts or other important things in.

To make the dividers strong I used cardboard form cereal boxes and then covered them with paper.

I thought it would be fun to have some pictures in my planner in random places. This one is on the inside cover.

Now, I'm going to tell you about one of my favorite features about the Explore. It can write things in your hand writing! Seriously amazing! RIGHT!?!

After my dad passed away (almost 2 years ago) I searched through everything I had to try to find something from him to hold onto. My dad wasn't one to write letters or give gifts usually... I did find a couple birthday cards from when I was a teenager that he had signed.  I took a picture of the message he wrote and had my Explore write it so I could carry it with me every day! I put it with one of my all time favorite pictures of my dad.

Me and my dad. I will always be a daddy's girl!

A picture of me and my partner in crime =) The Love was something my dad had drawn in another card I found and had my Explore draw.

And a picture of my goofy gang!

Thank you Regina for such an awesome project! I had tons of fun making this planner and will be making more for gifts.

Don't forget to stop by The Cutting Cafe  every 7th and 21st of the month for the design team inspirational post. If you leave a comment you will be entered into a drawing to win 3 free sets of your choice from the online store.

Thanks for stopping by! Happy crafting!
